Any format at all. Paste it in Slack, email it, screenshot it. We'll do the rest.

Takes about twenty minutes. One of our other clients did exactly this and it worked beautifully. If you'd rather just answer the questions further down by email, that's completely fine too.

I need to produce an "entity pack" for my company for our search agency, Team Empathy.

My company is Ernesto Buono Fine Jewellery, a bespoke fine jewellery house at Westfield Parramatta in Sydney. Ernesto Buono is the founder and Master Artisan Jeweller, and he designs and handcrafts every piece himself.

Interview me section by section using the structure below, ONE SECTION AT A TIME. Wait for my answer before moving on.

Push back when I guess. Every fact needs a source: a certificate, a public register, or a live profile. Where I cannot source something, record it under "Not yet settled" instead of guessing.

Insist on ONE locked spelling or form for anything that could vary - the business name, the address, the description. These get used forever, so they cannot drift.

Sections to work through:
1. Company basics: legal entity name, ABN/ACN, founding year, one locked address form, phone numbers and what each one is, plus ONE locked description of the business in a single sentence of about 300 characters (no line breaks, no dashes, no ampersands), and a shorter 170-character version.
2. Certifications and memberships: certifying body, registration number, dates, what it actually covers, and a link to the public register if one exists. Also note anything we are often assumed to hold but do NOT.
3. Awards: exact award name, awarding body, year, and a link to independent coverage or the awarding body's own winners page.
4. Press and media: every publication that has featured us, with a working link to each piece.
5. Sourcing and ethics: named, verifiable mechanisms only - where stones come from, what standards we work to, how the gold is handled. No bare adjectives without a mechanism behind them.
6. Structure and markets: ownership description we can publish, related businesses, and how each market works (showroom, online, consultations).
7. Founder record for Ernesto Buono: exact name convention, qualifications with issuing bodies and years, precisely worded experience claims, and a locked one-line bio, short bio and full bio.
8. Team: a short bio for each team member, with their role and what they specialise in.
9. Identifiers: exact usernames and IDs for every social profile, the Google Business Profile, and any register listings.
10. Red lines: everything our agency must never say, claim, link or imply, with a short reason for each.
11. Not yet settled: anything in flux, pending, or that changes over time.

At the end, output the complete pack as a single clean document I can send on.

Nothing in that prompt is sensitive. It just makes the AI ask you the right questions in the right order.

Why we need this

Because AI answers from the whole web, not just your website. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google about jewellers in Sydney, the answer is built from facts it can verify about you across many sources. This pack is the single source of truth we build that layer from. It feeds the structured data on your site, the markup that tells AI who Ernesto is, and a Wikidata record for the business and for Ernesto himself. Every factual sentence we ever publish about you traces back to this document.

One rule: no guesses. If something can't be sourced, mark it "not yet settled" and we'll treat it as unstable. A wrong fact locked into your schema is worse than a missing one, because it's much harder to unpick later.

We've already got this from the call

You don't need to redo any of this. Just glance over it and tell us if anything's wrong.

What we still need

If you're doing the Claude route, it'll ask you all of this. If you'd rather just reply by email or drop it in Slack, these are the actual questions.

About the business

About Ernesto

This is the most valuable part, because we're building him his own Wikidata entry.

About the team

The press links

Why we're firm on this one. Anything without a working independent link comes off the strip rather than going into your structured data. Unverifiable press claims are one of the fastest ways to get an entity distrusted by search engines, and it's not worth the risk for a logo.

Access

That's genuinely it. Once this lands we can build your Wikidata records, put proper Person markup behind Ernesto, wire your reviews into the site, and stop guessing at any fact we publish about you. It's the least glamorous document in the whole engagement and one of the highest-leverage.
